Metochlopramide is medicine that increases the movements or contractions of the stomach and intestines thus relieving the symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, a feeling of fullness after meals, and loss of appetite. Metoclopramide is also used to treat heartburn for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is not recommended in pregnancy and patients with heart diseases, or acute abdomen.
