Night and day tablets contain a combination of diphenhydramine, paracetamol and pseudoephrine. They are used in the treatment of flu, allergies and headaches. Night & Day Tablet works by blocking the action of histamine, increasing the pain threshold, increasing the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating. This causes narrowing of the blood vessels and reduces swelling in the nasal passages
