Duragesic is a combination of Paracetamol and Orphenadrine which are a pain and fever reliever and skeletal muscle relaxant respectively. It is used to manage tension headache, occipital headaches associated with spasm of skeletal muscles in the region of the head and neck, acute and traumatic conditions of the limbs and trunk like sprains, strains, whiplash injuries, acute torticollis and prolapsed intervertebral disc.
