Xykaa Extend 1000 is a bilayer paracetamol 1000 mg tablet manufactured by Duophase Technology. Duophase Technology enables biphasic drug release. The immediate drug release offers rapid relief whereas the extended drug release offers long-lasting relief. Thus with twice a day dosing Xykaa Extend offers round the clock relief from fever and chronic pain. Dose: 1 – 2 tablets twice daily. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day
